Affiliate terms

Version 2026-01-01

1. No medical claims

Affiliates may not make medical claims, guarantee outcomes, diagnose conditions, or promise specific clinical results from any DirectCareAI program or device.

2. No representation as a provider

You may not represent yourself as a DirectCareAI clinician, care team member, or healthcare provider unless you have a signed, current provider agreement with DirectCareAI.

3. No misleading reimbursement claims

Do not state or imply that programs are 'free', 'fully covered', or 'reimbursed' unless DirectCareAI has authorized the specific claim in writing.

4. No spam, no unauthorized messaging

You must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable SMS/email marketing laws. Do not buy lists or send unsolicited messages.

5. Brand and ad rules

You may not bid on DirectCareAI brand terms, run paid ads impersonating DirectCareAI, or use the DirectCareAI name in a way that suggests an official partnership without written approval.

6. No patient data disclosure

You will not request, collect, or disclose patient health information (PHI) about anyone you refer. Affiliate dashboards do not expose PHI and you may not attempt to obtain it.

7. Testimonials

You may not publish patient testimonials without prior written permission from both the patient and DirectCareAI.

8. Reversals and compliance

DirectCareAI may reverse commissions for refunds, fraud, non-qualified enrollments, self-referrals, or any compliance violation. Repeated violations will result in termination.

9. Consent

By creating an affiliate account, you consent to referral tracking, audit logging of actions on your account, and the storage of the hashed identifiers needed to attribute referrals.
