How do I get paid?
When a referral completes a qualified enrollment or purchase, a commission is created. After the product's reversal window passes, it auto-approves. We pay via ACH, PayPal, or check on your chosen schedule.
Can I see who I referred?
Yes — masked. You'll see referral status (clicked, signed up, purchased), the program they joined, and your commission. You will never see medical details, diagnoses, medications, or device readings.
What can I say in my marketing?
You can describe what programs are available and link to DirectCareAI. You may not make medical claims, guarantee outcomes, or represent yourself as a provider. Full rules are in the affiliate terms.
What if a referral cancels or refunds?
Each program has a reversal window (typically 30–45 days). Commissions for refunded purchases inside that window are reversed. After it expires, your commission is locked in.
Is there a minimum payout?
No fixed minimum. We process payouts in batches at admin discretion — usually monthly.
Do I need to be a healthcare provider?
No. Affiliates are not providers. You're sharing a link; DirectCareAI's clinical team handles the rest.
